Yoga Flow by Nourished Communities

Thank you for your interest in Nourished Communities Yoga !

Our yoga classes are accessible to all, regardless of your flexibility or whether you've ever done yoga before! 

Bring your mat and any props you'd like, and we'll provide some chai and bites at the end of the class. (We'll also have a couple extra mats available if you don't have one).

In an effort to make yoga affordable, we're doing a £10 to £15 sliding scale, pay what you can. 

The classes will take place on Monday afternoons, 18:00 to 19:00 and Saturday mornings, 10:30 to 11:30 at the Nourished Communities Café,  36-40 York Way, N1 9AB.
